The Inotiva Codeworks® software suite is the next generation of interconnecting software. It is an intranet application server offering secure access to your databases and your pre-existing libraries or code that you develop and add into it. Your code can accept parameters and is exposed to your internal or external customers or other applications through a web page and/or through web services.
Any code you create can be stored in the Codeworks® database. It is stored in its native format and run by whichever native application is required to run it - be that Microsoft T-SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, etc... If you can execute your code from a command shell or through a connection string it can be stored and run by the Codeworks® engine.
Use Codeworks® as a report server, admin tool server, job server or an SOA clearing house for your enterprise production applications. In front of those basic functions, Codeworks® also presents a centralized single, consistent and intuitive "zero learning curve" user interface.
The steps for using the Codeworks® software are simple:
- Use your native application to develop your code
- Store your code in the Codeworks® database
- Set security on that code
Once the access permissions are set your commands are accessible to users and available to be run through the Codeworks® website.
